This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in..I battled mosquitoes half of the 9t time, erratic power supply, rooms here from 12k up I just wasted my money and couldn't sleep..the only thing nice about the room is the bed size and nothing else, no shower, no working fan…

I think you need to fumigate your rooms. The empty wardrobe without doors are so obscene. And then, your rooms are used as short-time chalets during the day and lodging at night. Terrible!
