Can't say it was a bad experience but the room I took promised that the Air Condition was working but it didn't work at all, had to sleep with the fan.

Used to be great but standards have fallen. There were worn out chairs in the rooms, and the TV wasn't working. Staff were helpful and nice though.

You'll feel comfortable and escape the busy life of the city. Theres a swimming pool, a snooker pool and secluded relaxation spot if any of these are in your preference. Don't expect too much, don't expect too less..it meets an average standard.

The security measures is of good standard and the communication also is good. The customers are treated with high standards, but.... response to services are sometimes very slow, even when someone is in urgent need. But I know it will improve.. Thanks you for your services
