Dr. Ehi and Dr. Ola were incredibly accommodating and managed to fit me into their busy schedule, instantly understanding and meeting my needs. Their professionalism and kindness put me at ease during what could have been a stressful logistical hurdle. They understood exactly what my home clinic required and conducted the assessment professionally, with a level of care that is truly world-class. Grace A ★★★★★ : Nizamiye Hospital is just a money making site. The doctor was only interested in convincing me to stay for 5 days rather than focusing on my baby. The first day costed me almost 300k just for tests. I insisted on going home that night. I’m returned the next morning and the first thing that came out of the doctor’s mouth was “have you changed your mind about staying”. He didn’t even ask how my child was doing. It felt like the doctors there have targets like bank marketers. Kept prescribing unnecessary tests. The Turkish Doctors only know two words- Yes and No. Seems like the doctors they brought in are the ones who couldn’t find jobs back home. I have been to hospitals Turkey twice and they ones here are a NO. You’re better off with the local doctors

Patricia C. ★★★★★ : A child wellness centre (indeed) My son has been sick for the past 2 weeks. They tested him and said he has malaria and prescribed malaria drugs. A week later after taking the medication no improvement. He went back and they put him on a three day injection dose for the malaria and further prescribed more medication to be taken after the 3 days. Now after the 3 days my son still has symptoms and is covered in rashes. I call the hospital and I speak to a staff who identified himself as Mr Frank, I explained to him the situation and asked if my sons lab results can be explained to me, he told me that I have to come in to get the explanation and further stated that they do not explain results over the phone and moreover there was no Dr on seat at the moment. He also went ahead to explain to me that even though the hospital is branded a “child wellness clinic” you have to specify that you want to see a paediatric consultant, if not you ll be referred to the normal Drs that have little paediatric knowledge. This was before he hung up the phone. I am just wondering is it normal to administer so much medication to a toddler? Did they test for other illnesses like measles etc or is malaria just their go to, how can you within a space of less than a month recommend 3 malaria medications for a 2 year old and what effects do you think that will have on his internal organs. Very careless and non chalant. And whoever Mr Frank is, he is very rude and has no business working front desk in any corporation let alone a clinic.

I won’t forget the anesthesiologist for making the experience smooth and comfortable, thank you. They always have water scarcity and it affects the dialysis unit. It’s a shame and so sad that the number one center for kidney management in Nigeria doesn’t have water. An establishment where people are spending millions daily. The doctors are also nonchalant, no empathy or explanations. They behave like they hate their job. The one that irks me the most is the water issues. How can one confidently undergo a major transplant here. Nigeria I’m tired. God save us all.
Kana A. ★★★★★ : I lost my niece in this hospital shortly after kidney transplant. I strongly advise prospective patients to exercise caution when considering this hospital. Based on my family’s experience, we have serious concerns regarding the standard of clinical care and the management of complications. My niece underwent treatment for kidney disease, including dialysis, for which our family incurred substantial medical expenses (approximately ₦23 million). She later had a kidney transplant at Zenith Hospital. Shortly after the transplant, she developed what was subsequently diagnosed as a severe postoperative infection. She was readmitted to this hospital for further management. During her admission, she underwent another surgical procedure by one Dr Uba in which her uterus was removed, reportedly because uterine fibroids were considered the source of her condition. However, subsequent assessments at another hospital indicated that her clinical deterioration was more consistent with a severe postoperative infection. Despite intensive care management, including four days in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), my niece sadly passed away. Our family believes there were significant lapses in clinical judgment and patient management, and we remain deeply concerned that medical negligence may have contributed to this tragic outcome. We hope that our experience encourages a thorough review of the care provided and helps other families make informed healthcare decisions.

One of the outstanding thing there is the way technology has eaten up all of their procedure and operation in the place you're hardly cannot do anything on one-on-one basis without following the procedure and following the lay down rules that is already set in the hospital. Especially at the emergency when the observed that your patient is reasonably stable and they can discharge they will tell you to go ahead and pay your bills and go home and be coming up for check-up and examination at the due time that they set. Permit me to say that one Dr Paul is an exceptional doctor among them all who be signing a professional have a sense of humour when dealing with patients and their relatives please kudos to him
