On Sunday August 12th 2007, this doctor killed my baby and I almost lost my life in the process. He’s quark and his medical license should be investigated. I registered with his hospital for child delivery and he strangled my child with vacuum extractors and twisting his neck. He’s lucky I didn’t know what I now know or have the resources I now have, I would have fought him to the ground. I would never forgive him and his wife too who claimed to be a nurse.

Dorcas A. ★★★★★ : If you have any other option, just avoid this hospital. The administration at De Mary’s Hospital in Lugbe completely lacks empathy and basic respect. You will spend hours just trying to see a doctor or get a simple lab test done. And getting your drugs? That is another exhausting battle entirely. It is especially terrible for NHIS and Reliance patients, they treat you like you are nothing. The staff behave like they are being forced to work or like you have to beg them to render services that you actually paid for. A hospital should not be a place that drains your energy with endless stress when you need care. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.

The administrative staff, nurses, and pharmacists are highly unprofessional, arrogant, and condescending, treating patients as if they are doing them a favor rather than providing a paid service. On top of the poor attitude, the wait times are exhausting—expect to spend hours just to see a doctor, followed by additional hours at the lab and the pharmacy. For a major hospital, their complete lack of empathy and basic respect for human life is deeply concerning. Absolutely no regard for customer service, despite taking your money. A massive disappointment. I highly regret choosing this facility.You shouldn't have to beg for a service you are paying for.
