Ayo D. ★★★★★ : I trusted this company because I’d used them years ago under their old name. This time was the opposite: sent picture and they quoted £120 and told six weeks, but my bags took five months to arrive. On top of that, I was suddenly charged £165—almost 50% more—with no warning. When I pushed back, they admitted their mistake but still refused to return my bags, eventually forcing a “new price” of £145. This was frustrating, unfair, and completely unprofessional. Be very careful if you use them. Get everything in writing—because “mistakes” will cost you. See proof attached
Sodi K ★★★★★ : Cargoplug recently helped me sort out a very important delivery at short notice. The staff were patient in addressing my questions and concerns, sharing the available options, and advising me on the best way to go. My package arrived promptly at my doorstep and in excellent condition. It was quite satisfying to get that sort of quality service from a friendly, efficient, and professional team. I highly recommend.
