Dare S. ★★★★★ : Very good online tracking but I wonder how they vet their dispatch riders. The dispatch rider did not call before delivery, yet he claimed he did and return my document without delivery. The dispatch rider's mobile number I received via text was not reachable. I later found out after a visit to their office that the number I got in the text was incorrect. GIG Logistics needs to do better!
