- Foluke O. ★★★★★ : I had an extremely disappointing experience dealing with this logistics company, and I would strongly advise prospective customers to exercise caution before engaging their services. In our experience, the owner, Niyi, and the company failed to provide adequate updates regarding our client's consignment after payment had been made for the agreed services. Our attempts to obtain information and resolve the matter were met with what we considered an unnecessarily hostile and unprofessional response. A logistics company entrusted with a client's property should demonstrate transparency, accountability, professionalism, and effective communication. Unfortunately, our experience with this company fell far below those expectations and has raised serious concerns for us regarding its business practices and treatment of customers. Given the circumstances surrounding our client's consignment and our attempts to resolve the matter, we believe the matter warrants the attention of the appropriate consumer protection authorities in Lagos State. We hope the relevant authorities will review the circumstances and take any appropriate action necessary to protect consumers. Prospective customers should please exercise due diligence before making payments or entrusting their goods to this company.
