    • Abigail E. ★★★★★ : This company nearly ruined my wedding day 😞. Yesterday, 11/4 was my birthday, and because I wanted it to be special, I also fixed my wedding on the same date. My wedding dress ( which I still haven’t gotten till now), was with them on 31/3/2026. Before the dress ( and other stuff) were given to them, I informed them that the major thing is the dress for my wedding on the 11th, I kept singing it to them. Their website states that shipping takes 5-7 working days. I was assured that I’ll get my dress on Friday latest after I followed up. Then on Thursday, I got a message that there was a delay by the airline and it’ll be delivered on Saturday, I had to remind them that Saturday is my wedding day, and service was for 10 am. They suggested that I pick it up, I eventually found a relative who was happy to go to their depot in London and collect it before coming on Friday evening. Then this company kept turning me around, firstly, one of them went offline, i couldn’t reach him, I had to find a way, then he gave me the London contact, that one left me on read for a long time, this was on Friday noon. They all made me feel I could pick the dress up on Friday evening. All the while they kept saying it wasn’t cleared from the airport, then at past 6pm, the London contact messaged me to say they still didn’t clear the shipments and even went ahead to say the timeline should be 10 days, at that point, all I wanted was my dress. I was already crying throughout the day cos I hadn’t made any plan for another dress. Luckily for me, on my way back from church on Friday evening around 7pm, we saw a church-owned charity shop, went in there and explained our situation. The shop had closed, but the church had a service ongoing, I was so lucky they were in that service, and they were kind enough to open the shop and sell the wedding dress for us. It was a size 12, I’m a 6, so I had to amend it that night and I used for my wedding. This company did not even have the decency to message me yesterday to tell me “sorry, we still won’t be delivering your wedding dress today as promised”. I had earlier talked about them in a group of more than a thousand people because I wanted my sister to start using their services for shipping her products, and people have already begun to ask for their contact, I will neither be using them again, nor be referring them to anyone else. I just hope they eventually deliver my shipment, give out the wedding dress once it comes, and I’m sure my foodstuffs will have been all bad when they deliver them.
    • Oyeleke T. ★★★★★ : Got my package with the given time frame and aMy items were all handled with care
