What followed was five-plus hours of broken promises, unprofessional communication, and zero accountability. • No delivery, no ETA. Every time I asked for a specific time, I was told “soon” — repeatedly, by multiple people. • Passed around with no resolution. Main customer service redirected me to the local branch, who also gave vague responses with no follow-through. • Unprofessional communication. Agents responded slowly and used abbreviations/acronyms that felt careless and dismissive. • The manager didn’t even know my order. He was making delivery promises without knowing who he was speaking to — and had to ask me for my order number mid-conversation. • No urgency, no ownership. The excuse given was a “surge of orders.” That’s a business planning problem, not a customer’s problem. I delayed an out-of-town trip by three hours waiting. I ultimately had to cancel and leave without the cake — for someone’s special birthday celebration. The owner clearly values professionalism, but none of that is reaching the customer service team. This experience was deeply disappointing. I will be escalating further.

Lin ★★★★★ : This spot is so pretty. It's calm and the greenery is gorgeous. Had a beef pie, puff puff, iced matcha and a blondie. I'd definitely come back or try the Lekki branch. It's small but it was really quiet when we went so no issues with queue or seating. Staff should pay more attention to the seat covers. They need wiping down. There's a plant and bird centre on the other side of the courtyard which was nice to look around before leaving.
