Unfortunately, neither the staff nor the manager offered an apology or any assurance that the issue would be addressed or prevented in the future. Instead, the primary focus appeared to be on completing the payment, which I proceeded with.
Although the amount paid was minimal, the experience was unpleasant and disappointing. I retained my receipt. While I do not usually post reviews online, I felt compelled to share this experience to raise awareness. Both the product quality and level of customer service fell below acceptable standards, indicating a need for significant improvement.
