Bright I.★★★★★ — I ordered a cake in the morning at about 9:30 AM with a clear understanding that delivery would be made within 2 hours. Instead, it arrived around 2PM, over 4 hours later. What’s worse is how I was treated during that delay.
I made multiple calls, trying to find out what was going on, only to be shuffled around. Each time I called, I was asked rather dismissively to contact their Abuja line myself as I was calling HQ —instead of being assisted directly or patched to their Abuja contact. They had every means to connect me to the Abuja contact person or at the very least, have them call me. But no, I was left stranded, unheard and treated like my concerns didn’t matter while they kept saying that my order was being processed or would be delivered shortly!
The lack of professionalism, the cold indifference and the complete breakdown in communication were not only frustrating (as tracking the cake when they finally decided to deliver was even frustrating. My records kept showing that driver was delivering in another location before heading to me. That lingered for about an hour) but absolutely traumatic. This wasn’t just about late delivery; it was about being disregarded and unheard as a customer even though I have bought from them before and even recommended people in the past (you records should pop my name).
I have never felt so disappointed, so dismissed and so utterly let down by a service I paid for in good faith. I trusted the brand and what I got in return was hours of unnecessary stress and ZERO accountability.

The chocolate was a huge hit with the kids. All her loafs were super soft, moist and pocket friendly too (I must confess) Its 10/10 for me TBH!!

Service was good and fast, Packaging was perfect so I didn't have to worry about it spilling out, and the person on duty was so kind by putting it in the fridge to stay frozen while we went to get an order from Burger King.
I love what they've done with the menu over the years, I'd love to go there again whenever I can, lactose intolerance be damned 🤭
