Acting like she’s giving us free ice cream. A man who ordered before me, also had an issue with this same lady. That can’t be a coincidence.

I also ordered some cupcakes to take home. Everything was delicious. Only not giving 5 stars cuz the day I went their coffee machine wasn't working or was getting serviced so I couldn't order coffee. They were also out of soy milk and had no other non dairy milk options- if theres a high demand for non-dairy milk they should be well stocked. Will definitely go back, i am still dreaming of that chocolate cake!

K ★★★★★ : I recently visited this ice cream shop while traveling in Abuja. The staff were very nice and welcoming, and the service itself was pleasant. However, I was honestly disappointed with the portion size for the price. As a tourist, I understand prices can vary, but the cost for a very small baby cup with just one scoop felt extremely expensive. When I saw how little ice cream was in the cup, it was disappointing. The ice cream did taste good, but respectfully, I don’t feel it was worth the price. Because of that, I personally wouldn’t purchase from here again.

After seeing me, staff reopened the shop and told me to “quickly” place my order. When I asked why they were already closed before the stated time, I was told to just order fast. I did, but then I was informed that I could only choose from flavours that hadn’t yet been packed away. At that point, the experience felt rushed and unwelcoming, so I decided to leave without ordering. If a store closes earlier than the posted time, that should be communicated clearly. Otherwise, customers should be able to order normally up until closing time, without feeling pressured or limited. Disappointing experience.
