As a driver that is coming to deliver you suppose to be calling the recipient for updates rather we are the one calling to know how far but this man instead of giving correct answer he was abusing me but I kept calm. After several calls, he will should go and wait at Arepo bus stop which we did immediately because we are very close to the place after waiting for like 10mins we call to inform him that we are there, he will soon be there after another 10mins we call again. He said he is on his way to Berger bus stop, not even mind.On getting to Berger, he said he is on his way to Oshodi. Meanwhile, we are the one calling through out, no single call from him. Later, he now said he will stop at Arepo on his way back. The time is already 5.23pm, if he call me beyond 7pm I will not answer him.
My advice for this Company is try and hire competent drivers that are well trained and also always credit their phone so that they can have proper communication with the Clients.
