Grace K. ★★★★★ : GIGL kept sending me messages about my delivery, yet the delivery guy has refused to give me information on where and when to pick up my goods at my location. He doesn't pick calls most times. Or do you expect me to travel down to the State Capital for pickup? After all, my exact location was filled at the time of ordering of goods.
Olamide F. ★★★★★ : This is the most useless courier company in Akure Staffs is very rude, Bossy and Nonchalant Management needs to train staff on how to communicate politely with customers.

I got a call from her and I was on my way but my car developed issues and she said she has left…I called the next day she said she’s not going out and up till now making 4 days nothing from her! Margaret F. ★★★★★ : Pila logistics exceeded.h expectations. The delivered quickly and treat customers with respect. I will continue to recommend to others.
okpoli V. ★★★★★ : The reason I'm giving this one star is because of the dispatch rider. The guy try small to help me figure out who received my document. The logistics company on the other hand is the worst. I don't even want to deal with them again. Using transport drivers yo deliver your item is even better than this guys. I'm sending them a message on whatsapp but they will read your message and not reply you for days. When I called, the person on the other end was shouting at me as if I'm the bad guy because they are delivering my document. Second problem with them is that their waybill receipt is unclear and blurry. When I asked the logistics company to send me the waybill receipt so I could see the phone number of the recipient (because they delivered it to the wrong person), they sent me the wrong number and I was trying to locate who received my document to no avail for 2 solid weeks. It's crazy that they don't regard customers and have zero empathy, poor customer service and no willingness to help the customer. Stay clear from this logistics company. I don't recommend.
