I said no problem then I will come and meet him at chicken rep then evening came I did not hear from him I have to call him, the next thing he said his bike is faulty that he will bring it the following day before 12 noon, I was like if I did not call you, you won't call me apart from that, maybe he is the one that went back to their office that my number is not reachable, then I found the message on my email telling me that. Now I called him he is telling me he is not currently in Akure. The man is so rude I will use my airtime to call, I won't speak for long he will hang up on me
This totally abnormal and the fact all the customer service number you put on your website or anyone, none of it is reachable.

The logistics company on the other hand is the worst. I don't even want to deal with them again. Using transport drivers yo deliver your item is even better than this guys. I'm sending them a message on whatsapp but they will read your message and not reply you for days. When I called, the person on the other end was shouting at me as if I'm the bad guy because they are delivering my document. Second problem with them is that their waybill receipt is unclear and blurry. When I asked the logistics company to send me the waybill receipt so I could see the phone number of the recipient (because they delivered it to the wrong person), they sent me the wrong number and I was trying to locate who received my document to no avail for 2 solid weeks. It's crazy that they don't regard customers and have zero empathy, poor customer service and no willingness to help the customer. Stay clear from this logistics company. I don't recommend.
