Habster ★★★★★ : I went to this hospital for an emergency late at night on the 11 April 2026 after getting bit by a rat in a garden. The staff were quick to respond and friendly. They did not waste time by requiring undue registration before treatment like other hospitals, which can waste unnecessary time in attending to an emergency (treatment was done as outpatient). Professional and quick response treatment by the doctor on duty, nurses and administration staff. Well done and thank you.

They are denying him LIFE SAVING oxygen over $30 USD that they say is owed. It is THEIR FAULT he is in the condition he's in right now! THEY should be PAYING FOR HIS OXYGEN. I wouldn't take my dog or my worst enemy to this so-called hospital.

Oluwabukola I. ★★★★★ : I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. While I was seriously ill and admitted, some staff members spoke to me harshly when I complained about my condition. Instead of showing empathy, I felt dismissed and shouted at. No patient should be treated this way, especially when they're in pain and struggling to breathe. The customer service needs significant improvement. I hope the management addresses this issue so future patients are treated with more compassion.
