They are denying him LIFE SAVING oxygen over $30 USD that they say is owed. It is THEIR FAULT he is in the condition he's in right now! THEY should be PAYING FOR HIS OXYGEN.

Bashir A.★★★★★ — This morning I went to Mabifus with my wife for a scan and a PT test. The scan side was great, quick and organised, so we were in and out there without stress.
The problem started when we moved to the PT test unit. We arrived early (around 8:30am) and sat down to wait our turn. While we were waiting, we noticed something that honestly ruined the experience. People who came in later were being escorted by staff and taken in ahead of those already seated. It felt like “if you know someone, you skip the line.” That kind of thing is frustrating anywhere, but in a medical setting it is worse because some patients are clearly in pain or anxious and still deserve to be attended to fairly.
I spoke up about it because it did not feel right. Immediately after that, the staff’s attitude towards us changed. The energy shifted from normal service to subtle hostility, like we were the problem for asking for fairness.
What disturbed me most was what happened next. One of the attendants collected a blood sample from a patient right there in the public waiting area where everyone was sitting, instead of using the proper phlebotomy or sample collection space. That is not safe or professional, and it should not happen in front of other patients.
After our own sample was taken, we asked when the PT result would be ready and we were told “5 minutes.” We waited about 10 minutes, then asked again, only for them to tell us bluntly that PT results take “1 hour.” If it was truly one hour, they should have said that from the start so we could plan properly. We ended up leaving a few minutes to 10:00am without the PT result.
For a ₦2,000 PT test, I expected better organisation, better communication, and basic fairness. My takeaway was simple: the scan unit was efficient, but the PT unit needs serious improvement in queue discipline, patient safety, and how staff communicate with people.

The HVS MCS does not have the resistance and sensitivity result while the urine mcs only has one antibiotic that is sensitive and they still write the same antibiotic drug that is sensitive as been resistance again. I went back to complain if they actually did a mistake, but I was told to go and give my doctor the result. My doctor was as confused as I am when she saw the results. Too bad!
