- Tee V. ★★★★★ : Ifitness is one of the top rated gyms in Lagos. As a newbie, some of the machines dont come with instructions and you have to ask others or get a trainer for your first month. Some of the treadmills are not functioning well. With vibrations in your feet and they actually shock sometimes when in use. The restroom/changing rooms is well kept and comfortable.

It can be very overwhelming on your first time cause your going to be in the same space with a lot of people and the equipment you want to you might be occupied, try and approach people, ask questions, don’t be shy, you have paid just as any other person in the gym, so be free don’t be intimidated. A lot of parking space, so go and do your thing. The staff however in the front desk can be sassy sometimes. Lol
