I love the fact that Alpha offers a wide variety of exercise classes at different times morning and evening. The power stretch and dance classes are amazing .

Good value for money. They actually care about your health and fitness. Clean. For me that's important, the simple things. Trainers are good, innovative training programs, at least different from what I have done in the past.
