Xavier-Itam O.★★★★★ — This is certainly the best place to be in terms of lodging and accommodation. It was exploration extraordinaire, and I couldn't get to enjoy all the facilities during my short stay. Utmostly clean without comparison. Great company of staff. Clean, high pressure potable water even on the 23rd floor. Exquisite cuisine. Indeed, Lagos Continetal is the benchmark in hospitality on the continent.
SOUL T.★★★★★ — My team and I recently visited the hotel for brunch, and we had such a great experience. The highlight of the day was the live band — the music they delivered was vibrant, engaging, and beautifully performed. From the very beginning, they created an energetic, feel-good atmosphere that truly stood out.
The entertainment was impressive, and we were pleasantly surprised to see jugglers perform as well. My friend celebrated his birthday there, which made it even more special. The ambiance was lovely, the service was very good, and although the food was okay, the overall experience was enjoyable and memorable.
love O.★★★★★ — Experienced great service! Thanks to Mr Danielo and his team for a wonderful experience at the pool side! I’ll definitely return over and over again
Denisa R.★★★★★ — We loved staying at Marriott hotel in Ikeja. The hotel has a stylish and elegant features and very relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. All hotel staff were polite and helpful. It was our pleasure to meet one of the managers, Mr. Taiwo and also one of the engineering director. They all made our stay very enjoyable and exceptional. The pool area was very clean, and we loved spending some time in Azure and in the main lounge. The room was very beautiful and it had everything we needed for our stay. The food was delicious, made as a buffet and lots of food to choose from. I am a coffee lover and honestly, their coffee was so rich and full of flavour.
Thank you for everything.
Love from Denisa and Larry.

Ada M.★★★★★ — Great rooms. The restaurant service was great. Ask for Edwin to prepare his Mocha Frappuccino. I had mine with Almond milk.
Thumbs up to Chef Jeannie (pronounced - Yannie). Can't wait till you open the Steakhouse.
Valin F.★★★★★ — My hubby and I enjoyed our stay . Great view and neat . There wasn’t much buffet spread choices but it’s okay. The staffs at the restaurant are quite friendly except for a few , some of the staffs look down on people , one of them literally told me that I ate my food too quickly and he said the food was huge . I can eat whatever I want because I paid for it. The other lady staff was monitoring me and looking at the portion of food I took at the buffet,. On the day I was supposed to leave, I went to eat and I asked for water , she grudgingly drop the bottle of water on the table without a glass cup.Three staffs were not nice to me but I don’t really care . I’m still going to spend my holidays at Hilton honors whenever I’m in the country. I enjoyed my stay

Ayibapreiye A.★★★★★ — Could not eat breakfast before leaving for the airport. Even though I had informed the canteen the previous day. They still disappointed, saying the breakfast had been delayed. Had to juggle between breakfast and missing my flight🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️

Ms- G.★★★★★ — This is a beautiful hotel, good location, everything around, club opposite . Night life very busy .
Customer service on arrival my friend and I were met by Prince very welcoming helpfully person.
The Ladies, Peace and happiness 😄 at reception are fantastic they always greet you with a smile, they are friendly and very welcoming . Lovely ladie. All staff are nice to be honest, the house keeping was good.
It was not until the last day that I noted a member of staff who does massages in the hotel .
I booked with them immediately I would have had another session had I known from the beginning this service was available here.
The hotel needs to put a sign up in the reception or by the lift or a table to advertise this service as maybe many guest are missing this great on site treatment . I had a Swedish massage the massage was fantastic. Please promote this service to your guests.
Guest need to be made aware in advance of when and what entertainers are coming otherwise like us we only saw the pianist by chance .
I noted no iron in the room, no shower cap when I use shower. You know us ladies we want to cover hair in shower.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Thanks for your response, I never ask for early check - in, in fact my flight was delay and i arrived hotel around 12.30 am and already getting late for my meetings and my colleague who was already staying in your hotel before me was taking time to come out after my advance call to him and he took almost 10 minutes, during this time i do ask for Wi-Fi password which your front office staff refused by saying without checking me in they can't give me password, then i told them to check me in, which they reply the rooms are not ready, i told them you can check me in system only and give password and don't tell me that you cant do this, then also they refused in a very arrogantly and in meantime my colleague comes and i left, i never wanted to check in myself.
And your internal review is one-sided, and no one in your management have time to meet guest complains.
Your reply is porous as much your management, business ethics and guest services.
Following a detailed internal review, we understand that an early check-in was requested on arrival. Due to occupancy levels at that time, accommodation prior to our standard check-in hour was not available. As is industry practice, early access remains subject to availability on the day of arrival.

Victoria O.★★★★★ — My husband, his brothers, and I recently booked a penthouse at Safron Hotel Ikeja, and it was a huge disappointment.
The service from the moment I arrived was poor. The front desk staff seemed unorganized and unprofessional, and check-in took much longer than expected. There was no proper welcome or clear information provided about the hotel facilities.
We chose the penthouse expecting a premium experience, but it simply wasn’t worth it. The space did not feel luxurious or properly maintained. For the price we paid, we expected spotless rooms, quality furnishings, and top-tier service — but instead, the overall standard felt average at best.
Cleanliness was below expectations, and some facilities in the suite didn’t function properly. The ambiance didn’t match what you would expect from a penthouse, and it definitely did not justify the cost. On top of that, the service was inconsistent and slow, which made the experience even more frustrating.
To make matters worse, we were told breakfast costs ₦50,000, which is excessive considering the overall quality of the hotel. When you’re paying premium prices, you expect premium value — and sadly, that was not the case.
Overall, the penthouse was overpriced and underwhelming. It did not deliver the luxury experience it promised, and I would not recommend it to anyone expecting value for their money.

Sam F★★★★★ — Poor communication with front line staff at reception has resulted in down grade of this hotel leaving a sour after taste on check out. Nonchalant attitude exhibited concerning.
Extra bed provided for room was not fit for purpose and badly let down an otherwise reasonable service. Hence struggling to give the hotel no more than three stars.

O B★★★★★ — Great location and staff, but the building needs some TLC.
A stay at the Ibis Ikeja offers a mixed experience.
The Highlights:
* Location & Security: This is the hotel’s strongest suit. It’s secure and perfectly situated for anyone needing to reach the airport while avoiding chaotic traffic.
* The Staff: Truly the stars of the hotel. Every staff member I encountered was wonderful, professional, and greeted me with a smile.
* Value: While the breakfast buffet lacks a wide variety, it’s hard to complain since it’s complimentary; it offers decent value for the price point.
The electricity comes up almost instantly as public power gets taken off, this is commendable.
Areas for Improvement:
* The Hallways: The building is old, and while the management is trying, the corridors need a facelift. They use motion-sensor lighting to save energy, but it results in dim, uninviting hallways that feel a bit gloomy rather than "green."
* The Underground Parking: This was the most disappointing part. The area is an eyesore with waste pipes leaking onto the floor. It feels neglected and needs urgent cleaning and painting.
* Accessibility: Accessibility is a major issue here—the elevator is locked and does not go down to the underground car park, making it difficult to move luggage or for those with mobility needs.
By the way, the noise from the pool during events could be concerning to paying guests who want quietness in their rooms.
Summary: A solid choice for a quick airport transit thanks to the amazing team, but the physical infrastructure—especially the parking and lighting—needs an upgrade to match the service.
