NB: I forgot to mention they have a very terrible room service and their kitchen service also terrible. They never have breakfast for you even after request.

The receptionist also carry out portal's work, you want a laundry service and you call and call for hours. It's sad that the hotel of this caliber is been run like a short time hotel, run by the people that know nothing about hospitality businesses. The management need to do better. No complimentary water, food or beverages. The only good thing here is the structure and stable electricity.

My team and I are still there as I type this review and we might stay a month or more. I'm not leaving this Kebbi guest Inn for any hotel. Three PHCN lines for stable electricity, plus diesel generator, Three Igbo canteens along the street for better meals and a meshi in front of the hotel for quick food 👍 👍 👍
