The process was impressively modern and efficient — registration was completed by simply scanning a QR code, which directed me to an online form, followed by a seamless payment system for the timed activities.
The facility offers a wide variety of engaging activities for both adults and children. The trampoline session was particularly thrilling, and the wall climbing experience was equally exciting. Although activities are timed (one hour), the experience felt well-organized and smooth.
One of the highlights was the party bus, where the karaoke session created a lively and entertaining atmosphere. While the playlist could benefit from more updated selections, the overall vibe was fantastic. The bus also features a game room; I tried Mortal Kombat and thoroughly enjoyed it.
The restaurant deserves special mention — beautifully designed with an upscale aesthetic, and the meal was absolutely delicious.
With a closing time of 9 PM, leaving felt a bit premature, as the environment truly makes you want to stay longer. Overall, Upbeat Recreation Center delivers a fun, innovative, and memorable recreational experience.

We arrived on time only to find the a/c was not on and the place was very hot and musty. It was so frustrating. We told them to cool the place down while we ate at the small food area. Food was so so. Pizza was below average. After 40 min we came and started bowling.
Place it new and clean. That’s what interested us the most when we selected this place. FYI There is no discount even if you come with a big grp. Bowling arena bathroom is unisex. Bummer !!!

The customer service was poor, and it was clear that the staff are not trained to interact with young children or manage parents in a family focused environment. One staff member who identified himself as the manager handled the situation in a particularly unprofessional manner. He abruptly turned off the games my 3year olds were playing because parents were “not supposed to help,” This approach was unnecessary, discourteous, and escalated the situation rather than managing it.
In the same space, a child who is barely 2 years old lost his access tag. Despite staff being aware that his parents had already paid for access, the child was removed from the game he was actively playing. This reflected a very disorganized process and a lack of empathy and common sense in handling children of that age.
The experience felt chaotic and poorly managed. For a space designed for children and families, I would strongly recommend proper staff training on customer service, child appropriate engagement, and de-escalation of issues rather than rigid, confrontational enforcement of rules.
