Bugsi E. ★★★★★ : I visited recently and was disappointed. The location is convenient, but the service was slow and inattentive. My ATM card had digits that could not be read and the solution from staff was I should try to guess the digits??? The space felt worn and a few basic things (cleanliness, signage) were lacking. I felt let down rather than helped. Until improvements are made, I can’t recommend it.
LONGJI D. ★★★★★ : It's the Main branch of Access in the capital city, as such, there's always a large queue for virtually all the services rendered here, ranging from cash and cheque deposits and withdrawal, customer care services etc. Especially the customer care service the queue takes long time before it moves. Being a loyal customer, i suggest that since it is the main branch in the capital city, there should be available personnel on all the counters (because most times only two to three personnel are available to attend to customers which prolongs the queues) and more personnel at the customer care sections. My experience in this branch is lots of delays which made me to opt for the beach road and British American junction branches which are more faster in all the services

Calista C. ★★★★★ : Had a bad experience where the deposit machine inside the bank withheld some of my money (it got stuck inside the machine) and I had to wait till evening for the machine to be cleared only for the staff to return and tell me no money was found. Some people had the same issues that day but not all their monies were recovered. This left me wondering where the money went and each time I think of this experience, I am paranoid. I wish this reoccurring issue would be fixed though.
