Had a bad experience where the deposit machine inside the bank withheld some of my money (it got stuck inside the machine) and I had to wait till evening for the machine to be cleared only for the staff to return and tell me no money was found. Some people had the same issues…

Is a very good bank to bank with. But customers service is very slow.

The guards don't allow you to stay in your car when you are at the bank. You either enter the banking hall or you stay in an area reserved for people to hang out.

Practically Nigeria's oldest bank. They keep trying to improve their services but still suffer from some of the laxities associated with Nigerian organisations. Staff are quite cordial & helpful.

Very busy but nice market branch. You can dash in withdraw what you want for your shopping and as well dash to deposits your sales.
