It was well planned out but recent visit shows that it's now a shadow of the original plan as people have distorted it by changing the original design. If you plan to live here, please note that the estate enjoys almost 24hrs of power. Good location and proximity to town makes the estate a good place to live.

Immediately you enter the school premises, after the security checking point, the first turn to the right is the road that leads to the quarters. Just like most federal quarters are always old with dilapidated structures, the Unilorin Staff quarter doesn't isn't an exception. Although the quarters are located in a serene environment with a constant power supply and water too. The road that leads in and out of the quarters is well tarred.

I’ve had a really good experience here so far. The environment is peaceful, green, and well-maintained — perfect for anyone who values calm surroundings. Security is solid, and basic amenities are well taken care of. There’s still a bit of room for improvement in things like road maintenance or shared facility upgrades, but overall, it’s a comfortable and welcoming community. Definitely one of the better estates around!
