Consistently the cleaners come to clean without toiletries so even though you are supposed to given they are never provided. There's 24hours light but water can stop running anytime. They are polite but apologising for inconveniences is not part of their culture as long as they are behind the keypad chatting with you. Even if you complain that you couldn't go for an appointment because there was no water to have your bath. If solving your issue would naturally take 24-48hours you won't be offered an alternative. You will only see someone responding to your complaints if you leave your apartment to visit the front office and only at the moment you are with them physically.

I stayed in Block B and the elevator wasn't working. I had to climb the stairs to the 5th floor😫💔 some blocks elevator are working though. The water isn't entirely clean. It's a nice and serene place though, depending on the type of neighbours you have. It's very easy to locate. The security won't allow your guest in sometimes. You have to come out to pick them. Imagine climbing up and down the 5th floor. It wasn't a really nice experience. They asked for access code, i gave, they still asked me to come down that they want to see my face before allowing my guest in. My guest told me that they told her block B was too full so they can't allow her in, and i was alone in my 2 bedroom apartment. They need to work on these flaws honestly.

I stayed in apartment C15 few weeks ago, while visiting Nigeria, and the caution fee was N200K. No problem. I have a 1 and 2 year old and they ended up breaking 2 glass (drinking cups) as there weren’t any plastic options. When checking out, I told the cleaner that two glasses are missing from the cabinet because my children broke them and I disposed of them. These are pretty cheap glassware but I was fine with them taking out 20k when I was initially told. Two weeks later, I have not received a penny back. When my agent called them, they told her that they had to pay a company to clean the rooms (I have pictures of the room which I will upload when I get to my laptop) and there is no reason why they would need to hire an external company to clean. Nothing was spilled on furniture, nothing was drawn on anything, nothing was taken. Now these scammers do not want to pick up our calls. These people must believe they are dealing with their fellow Nigerians who leave things to God when scammed. As I stated in my messages to their WhatsApp, now you’re dealing with a principled American doctor who has contacts of officials in your court system. I will see you in court. APARTMENT C15.
