Entry to the estate requires authorization - which is good and I noticed designated shuttles/ kekes within the estate - by the gate - to help with internal commuting.

Plus the place is too expensive to be £40 a day except something is wrong somewhere.
Because there are lots of more affordable apartments with more secured environment and better facility.

The location is quite a distance and the roads are not great. Yes, I had 24/7 power supply during my stay. There's a mini fridge in the room, the AC worked too well, the water heater worked too, however, no microwave. There was a table top gas cooker in the kitchen, however I didn't use that as the kitchen utensils I saw were not encouraging. The service was okay. I was told my room was upgraded from what was booked before arrival, which I thanked them for. They however get 1 star for the state of the kitchen utensils, 1 star for the cleanliness, 0 star for the location.
