1) Their bus is air-conditioned with no way to open or close windows for those that have motion sickness like myself the bus is not ideal for you for long distance journeys to avoid nausea.
2) Their maintenance culture has dropped to me because the tv installed in the bus I entered is spoilt and was not repaired, same with some of the a/c vents that have been broken so you cannot close or open it if the bus becomes too hot for you or too cold for you

I’m giving four stars because I’ve personally experienced two delays in departure time due to technical issues, which wasn’t consistent with the excellence they’re known for and what they were recommended to me for.
That said, the service quality is still solid, and I genuinely hope they maintain the high standards they started with and don’t slip into the usual pattern many Nigerian businesses fall into over time. There’s real potential here. Just keep the bar high.

Worst is that this vehicle broke down at Keffi at exactly 7:45am. As at 10am, no effort what so every to get another car. So abysmal

Well, my experience didn't even come close to luxury, talk more of comfort.
The bus had issues close to Enugu; we spent over an hour waiting for another bus, and when it finally came, we were forced to sleep over at the park. They kept us waiting till 4pm the next day and transferred us into a roadside kabukabu bus without a speedometer.
It was a very annoying experience.

First he didn't introduce himself like they all always do, second he's impatient. Imagine telling us we have 10min to get food or take a pee and it's not even 10mins and he's threatening to abandon people and leave? Just Awesome!

Ugo C.★★★★★ — Departure time was to be 5.30am as stated on the ticket. Got there 5.25am, and I was the only passenger out of 5passengers enroute fct. Asked the female staff there when at 5.35am, she said "your fellow passengers are not here" I couldn't believe it, with the terrible tone of her reply. We left the park at 6.16am, as i kept stating we were to leave by 5.30am, as I woke up at 3.30 am to be able to meet up with the stipulated time. That journey was the worst and most horrendous I had ever experienced. It was meant to be executive sienna, but there was nothing executive about the Sienna. It was unkempt, gear box tattered and chopped, speedometer not working. We got to a mopol checkpoint at gbadibo border, mopol stopped us for a stop and search, lo and behold, we had two big ghana must go bags of "cough syrup with codeine" without paperwork, we were held by the mopol under the scorching sun for 2hrs plus, until God showed us mercy. And we were let go. They seized the bags and contents as the sender became incommunicado. We got to fct at 7.16pm in the evening, 13hrs in total for a journey that should have been 7hrs at most, never had any travel so chaotic, inconveniencing and stressful as this, not going through this ever again in future, damn!!!

A ViP bus that was slated on their site to move for 3pm eventually set out at 6:16pm. I left lagos on 20th Feb, 6:16pm and got to my destination. 7:45pm on the 21st.
They dont keep to their words. Picking passengers along the way. What was suppose to be a VIP passenger bus was loades with good. Toilet was so smelling.
This comoany shouldnt be in the business of logistics.
