From the way they pack people's luggage to the way their staffs talk to people to the way they add waybills meant for their logistics vans inside the same bus with people inside it to delays in going to far distance

The vehicles I boarded took over three hours before departure, and in the end were filled with loads and waybills instead of prioritizing passengers. To make matters worse, the customer service representative was rude.
I was infuriated while trying to get information on how to book. Kudos, however, to the manager and logistics manager, who genuinely tried to assist. Unfortunately, the driver, Mr. Zubby, was non-compliant and went as far as hurling profanities at passengers, even in his native language.
Would not advice or refer anyone if services are not improved on.
