I must honestly say the management in Portharcourt office close to NAF Base are very unprofessional, rude,corrupt, and indiscipline. They need training in logistics ,Human management and material handling.
They drop customers luggage after charging for extra luggage fee just to accommodate waybill or luggage for individual that are not in the vehicle making the vehicle overloaded and customers not having space for their own luggage.
I believe this does not align with the owners core Mission and Vision for this business.

Nobody is taking my calls and if they do and I complain they’ll tell me they’ll get back to me but they won’t and if I call back again they’ll tell they’re busy and that they’ll get back and then nothing. The rider is even threatening that if I don’t pay extra 4k that he won’t give me my package. Is this normal? I’ve paid 7k already oooo, cloth that I want to use oooo.

Chisco has bought new long buses that travels from Abuja to Port Harcourt, they are very organised now, I had a great experience the AC was on from takeoff until we arrived, every seat has charing ports, plus they gave everyone free meal 🥰😁☺️
I could have given 5 star, but I choose to reserve 1 star, because I had a very bad experience their service while travelling from Abuja to Port Harcourt in November, 2025. Overall, they are making a lot of efforts and improvements which is very good, it shows they are listening and trying to become better. I will use chisco again

On the website, the long luxurious bus was supposed to leave by 5:00pm but left around 9:48pm
The vehicles are not in good condition, very old and worn out.
Samuel O.★★★★★ — TGM!!! never again. Poor experience from Port Harcourt to Ibadan. We had momentary stops to pick waybill items on the road, haba na soole? Got hanged in-between Benin and Ore for hours, leading to late arrival into Ibadan. The fault would have been prevented if there was a system of scheduled maintenance. Thank God the fault was at a spot where we could easily get mechanics. It was a whole maintenance of all the tires because the whole vehicle vibrated each time the driver stepped on brake and the vibration got worse as we moved. The one star I added is for Google to allow me make the post. I wouldn't have added any.Never again 😔
Samuel S.★★★★★ — So, we boarded the TGM bound for the Ekiti NYSC orientation camp in Emure, Yesterday, ticket P from Port-Harcourt. The vehicle left by 8am and broke down on the outskirts of Port-Harcourt for close to 2 hours. After fixing it, we took our journey.
To our greatest surprise, the driver dropped me and 3 other ladies at Ondo with a local driver who took us to the Akure garage by 12 midnight. The local driver was aggressive; we couldn't talk to him or understand him, and this was our first journey to the West. We had to look for where to rest, and we are currently on another transit going to Emure.
We spent extra and went through a lot of stress, we almost got robbed. The driver was not wise enough to think about our safety first.
All efforts to reach the company were abortive.
This is my worst experience with TGM. I have been using them for the past 5 years and this is not good enough.
There should be consequences for this level of incompetence.
