Rita C.★★★★★ — I went to watch Behind the Scenes on 19/12/2025 at 9:45pm in the Premium 1 screen, and the heat was unbearable it almost made me pass out. We were repeatedly told the air conditioner would be turned on, but nothing changed.
Fast forward to today, 21/12/2025, I returned to watch Oversabi Aunty at 9:45pm, again in Premium Screen 3, and it was the same issue. No air conditioning. Same heat.
I went to complain and was told they’re having “technical issues.” Even the staff were visibly sweating. I came prepared with a blanket, expecting the usual cold cinema experience, only to end up exhausted from the heat.
This is extremely disappointing, especially for a premium cinema where people pay extra for comfort. This isn’t a one-off issue it’s clearly recurring and needs to be fixed urgently.

My only concern is that the movie halls should be cleaned properly and not just dusted.
The floors are sticky, i mean even for first movie of the day. That gives an impression that its halls are hardly cleaned properly, poor hygiene.
I have been to hall 3 and 5 in just 1 week and its same experience. "Sticky floor"
Aside this issue, its a nice place to see movie.

We saw the 11:45 am movie so maybe that impacted the price. I would love for the escalators to be repaired.
