I think a security needs to be mounted outside that will encourage customers to park inside as long as there's parking space instead of being harassed by ruffians that will want you to park outside for a fee.
Also there's a slight case of dampness that the freshers can't hide the smell of, worse during the rainy season cos the moisture increases

Rita C.★★★★★ : I went to watch Behind the Scenes on 19/12/2025 at 9:45pm in the Premium 1 screen, and the heat was unbearable it almost made me pass out. We were repeatedly told the air conditioner would be turned on, but nothing changed.
Fast forward to today, 21/12/2025, I returned to watch Oversabi Aunty at 9:45pm, again in Premium Screen 3, and it was the same issue. No air conditioning. Same heat.
I went to complain and was told they’re having “technical issues.” Even the staff were visibly sweating. I came prepared with a blanket, expecting the usual cold cinema experience, only to end up exhausted from the heat.
This is extremely disappointing, especially for a premium cinema where people pay extra for comfort. This isn’t a one-off issue it’s clearly recurring and needs to be fixed urgently.

My only concern is that the movie halls should be cleaned properly and not just dusted.
The floors are sticky, i mean even for first movie of the day. That gives an impression that its halls are hardly cleaned properly, poor hygiene.
I have been to hall 3 and 5 in just 1 week and its same experience. "Sticky floor"
Aside this issue, its a nice place to see movie.

We saw the 11:45 am movie so maybe that impacted the price. I would love for the escalators to be repaired.

We also gathered that the booking fee for the venue is quite expensive therefore the venue is rarely used since it's not affordable.
The enjoyment center is the main attraction at the moment because it is open to the public for food and drinks which are very affordable.
The pepper soup served at the spot was quite delicious.
It seems like an okay hang out spot for locals.
The ambience at the enjoyment center was quite normal for a Lagos neighborhood, nothing special.

The sound in the main hall was great and the air quality and temperature was perfect even with the crowd.
I believe there's more they could do to make it better but i also believe it a good place to for events like the convocation i went there for.

I also received a piping hot plate of indomie delivered directly to my seat. And tickets already included a drink + popcorn for 12k. On top of the delightful service, the Galleria itself is a wonderful and well-maintained art deco building.
