It is often customary for large scale retail environments to carry a premium markup; however, I was exceedingly pleased to discover that the merchandise is remarkably affordable. The establishment offers an impressive balance of scale and value, providing highly competitive prices that pleasantly challenge expectations and make it an excellent destination for budget conscious shoppers. Another highly commendable aspect of this supermarket is its infrastructure, most notably the parking facilities. The premises boast a sprawling, well organized parking area that significantly enhances the overall convenience of the visit. Navigating the lot and securing a space was effortless a logistical benefit that greatly elevates the shopping experience from the very moment of arrival and eliminates the stress often associated with high volume retail locations. Unfortunately, these highly positive aspects of the store were somewhat undermined by the quality of customer service I encountered. Several members of the personnel specifically the floor attendants stocking the shelves and the checkout cashiers exhibited a noticeable lack of professionalism. Their demeanor was distinctly nonchalant and disengaged, and their reluctance to provide assistance bordered on dismissive. In a retail environment of this caliber, patrons rightfully expect a baseline standard of courtesy, attentiveness, and helpfulness, which was regrettably absent during my interactions with the staff. In conclusion, despite the disappointing customer service experience on the shop floor, my overall visit to the supermarket remains decidedly positive. The surprising affordability of the inventory, coupled with the exceptional convenience of the vast parking facilities, makes it a highly practical and worthwhile shopping destination. If the management were to implement targeted improvements in staff training and customer engagement, this establishment would undoubtedly offer a flawless retail experience.

As a result, customers who buy finger foods or snacks from the outside vendors and need water are directed into Jendol, where they often have to join long queues just to purchase a bottle of water. This can be inconvenient, especially in situations where someone urgently needs water—for example, if they are choking while eating suya, parfait, or shawarma. Jendol could improve the customer experience by collaborating with the outside vendors to allow them to stock and sell drinking water. This would not only provide quicker access to water when needed but also enhance customer service and potentially increase overall sales for everyone involved.

Ola O. ★★★★★ : I came to this supermarket just to get one juice, I parked at the opposite of the supermarket because the front was full, I didn’t spend 5mins inside and I came out to see that someone has damaged my car. The security guy controlling cars there said he told the person to wait but when I came out the person is no longer there and the security guy was saying there is nothing he can do than to say sorry and that I can’t see the management. This is a very terrible thing to happen and no one to be held responsible for it. I will definitely take this up.

I've seen great reviews about the Shawarma, but it has been closed before the store closed both nights I visited which was very disappointing. Otherwise, the store is clean and well organized. Edit: I finally tried the shawarma. I got both the chicken and the beef and it's by far the best I've had in Lagos so far. They're very generous with the meat and the ratio of meat to veg was perfect. Definitely worth the wait, but you need to go earlier in the day to enjoy this treat.
