I needed a sole grip solution for my new Carlos Santana Apollo Bit Mule and decided to give them a try. The service was good and professional. They offer both an express service (ready two days after drop-off) and a regular service, which takes a bit longer. Personally, I would have preferred to simply purchase a sole grip and install it myself, but that option wasn't available. Overall, it was a professional experience, and I appreciated the convenience and quality of service.

Oluoma A. ★★★★★ : I have had a terrible experience working with this guy. He never keeps to his words. Asked him to make a boot in October 2025. He didn't keep to the time he promised, and still sewed rubbish. Asked him for a refund and he said he'll send it on the 23rd of December and 3rd of January. He obviously sent it on neither dates. Threatened him with a lawsuit before he sent less than half of my money and is currently still owing me despite countless calls and messages. I definitely don't recommend.

I sent money to one OLAMIDE TEMITOPE OLUWASEGUN who happens to be a cobbler at their store on the 14th of January 2026 with the intension of making a sandal from him, we agreed i was going to receive it by 28th of January but up until now he has refused to pick my calls and he even blocked my number. I have called him repeated all every day using someone else phone but he never picks my call. He then sent me a wassap message saying he intentionally choose not to pick my call. Kindly see below the receipt for the transaction made as well as the picture he sent to me of my sandal being made so i could pay him the balance. PLEASE HE IS STILL ON THE RUN!!! DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH AW360 COBBLERS AS THEY HAVE PROVEN TO BE FRAUDULENT
