They offer the best shoe care/repair services. The ladies at the front desk are very knowledgeable so you might not need to directly interface with the cobblers. Customer service was very good.

Very pricey but they promise a guarantee on the rot services. Repair work appears finely done , they had a quick turnaround time and the customer service was impeccable. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone

Not the most welcoming reception. Staff a little standoffish. Service all very so-so, and the prices are high. You don't get to speak to a specialist which is all the more frustrating. In the end, Grand Cobbler enjoys a relative monopoly so they'll be fine.
