Their service was just Exceptional. The first time I walked in to that salon, it was just to wash and condition my hair. Their stylists were very professional and welcoming. They made sure I was comfortable and that the hair was not paining me at any point during the process (which I can say is my biggest fear of salons handling natural hair) They detangled, washed, conditioned my hair and they were very gentle with my hair, patient, concerned about my slightest discomfort. The ambience was welcoming (not tensed at all). Infact, it feels like you're in a whole new fantasy world with no worries whatsoever. I'm definitely sure they'll be seeing me around often.

Chisimdi O. ★★★★★ : The customer service was bad, the stylist attending to me was insulting me and some others gathered round and were laughing, the person at the reception area insulted my natural hair by calling it dew, then they told me they couldn't do my hair without me straightening it and I told them I didn't want to but they told me that's the only option that and I had no other option and they then proceededto chargeme for that service even though i didn'task for it, when it was time to straighten the hair they didn't put heat protectant and I asked them to use it but they said they didn't have, and alot more happened but I can't add it all but in summary my hair is now damaged, some parts of my hair is still straight and isn't returning to its natural form and it isn't as kinky as it was before Personally, I would not go there again because they can't handle natural hair, and they ruined mine, and now I have to go for a big chop (cut it all off)
