From the moment I arrived (even though I was several hours behind my appointment 😅), I was welcomed with so much warmth and kindness. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. My cuticles were properly cared for using a personal cuticle tool, and instead of reusing it on other clients, she gave it to me to take home. That level of professionalism really stood out to me. Throughout the appointment, I was offered water and refreshments, checked on regularly, and made to feel genuinely comfortable. Those little acts of kindness made me feel valued as a customer. I also appreciated that she listened carefully to exactly what I wanted. That willingness to make sure I was happy spoke volumes about her professionalism. In the end, the nails turned out even more beautiful than the inspiration picture I brought. The quality of the work is excellent. The shaping, finishing, attention to detail, and overall neatness were outstanding. My toenails were also beautifully polished, and her suggestion to enhance the big toe made the final result even more elegant. Another thing I absolutely loved was the loyalty card. It’s such a thoughtful way of appreciating returning clients, and it shows that she values long-term relationships rather than just one-time appointments. This wasn’t just a nail appointment, it was a wonderful customer experience. I left feeling relaxed, appreciated, and beautiful. Thank you for your professionalism, kindness, attention to detail, and excellent hospitality. You’ve definitely gained a loyal customer, and I look forward to many more appointments. Highly recommended!
