Customer Service is terrible leaving every one disgruntled and unsatisfied. Their meals are great and environment is neat it's only the fair slim girl that is customer friendly and accommodating. I wanted to buy five plates of food but ended up buying only one.

Good enough. The food is quite delicious. The ambience isn't bad for the location. But the customer service can be improved. The order of service is dictated by whoever shout the loudest. That leaves calm collected people waiting.

I ordered 4 portions of fried yam and 1 portion of sweet potatoes from you guys and it was totally horrible. Yam was super cold and dry. Zero effort was made to even get it warm. Only 2 sweet potatoes was delivered. I spoke to the agent and she told me there was no sweet potatoes…

Labule is quite nice and cosy, the staff are courteous and swift. Crowd control is really impressive. Food portion is nice and price is really affordable. The food here is absolutely delicious especially for the price point. Highly recommend
