To now have this problem with NIPOST HEADOFFiCE(which is suppose to be the fastest) is very shameful on their part. Post office or EMS charged you another fee after you have paid overseas,The only parcel the will not charge extra fee is when a seller from overseas send through them..but as in individual or as Nigerian Please Never used them.
