Jerry O.★★★★★ — Terrible at what they do. I got a call on Friday around close of work. The caller said that I have a package and asked if I can come to a given address to pick it up. I immediately reminded him that I paid full and this package should be delivered to my address. I tried to direct him, he hung up. A few minutes later, he called back and told me that it is late and offered to deliver another day. I then offered to come to the address to pick it up. I drove from my house and when I got there, his phone was switched off. I called many time and It was the same. I went home, the next day, I did not get any call from him to explain what happened, I decided to call him again and he sounded all rude and unprofessional during the call, no apology for wasting my time the day before. In the end, he said that If I want my package that I should come to their address and pick it up and they do not work on Weekends and Monday is sit-at-home in Enugu, hence, I can only receive my package on Tuesday.
As write now, it is 9:47 on the following Tuesday and I am yet to receive my package.
I do not have any initial info about this package, I can't track it and I hope nothing happens to my package.
