    • Adeniyi A. ★★★★★ : Decent experience overall... not bad, but not quite excellent either. The service is okay, but one of the best things about it is that the location is very easy to find, as it is situated right by the main road.
    • Mike K. ★★★★★ : Well, from previous comments seen, it seems it is a functional post office and their staff formal and friendly. But truthfully speaking, it needs a face lift. The state of the place needs renovation. Maybe because I really didn't spend much time there, but I have seen better and more enthusiastic attitude in government owned establishments. In fact, I have a very good friend at their Port Harcourt main branch where I went to pick a package from Finland, due to some address delivery issues. Relatively, their cost is cheaper in comparison to similar establishments. I will really need to visit again to have a better impression about the post office.

    • Mirya S. ★★★★★ : Talk about poor infrastructure, my goods arrived at least a month before they placed the call to my line. After speaking with the rep for the parcel that was door step paid for. The rep informed me that he won’t come to deliver to my door step. I went to get my delivery and they couldn’t find it, they asked me to go and come back another day but I insisted until they found the goods. It was not a pleasant experience.
    • Sade B. ★★★★★ : A lady there called madam Sabina, threatened to hold my package, just because I refused to pay her self acclaimed custom fee on a product that didn’t even require custom fee, she still asked me to pick my item up even though door step delivery was paid for via the shipping company, as I arrived the lady as well as her colleagues started to lecture me about my age and how I shouldn’t disrespect elders, in spite of the fact she clearly told me she could’ve kept my package and there’s nothing I was going to do about it, she basically insinuated my package could’ve been in her custody and I wouldn’t even know. The worst post office in Abuja, definitely an experience I would never forget

    • Stephens N. ★★★★★ : This post office has one of the cleanest environment and Car park. I am only wondering why a government institution charges N200 for car park. That is fraud and daylight robbery
    • Holiness S. ★★★★★ : Zone 3 Post Office occupies a spacious building in Wuse Zone 3, Abuja. Zone 3 Post Office is quite easy to locate and readily accessible to intending visitors. However, with the advent of electronic means of communication; direct phone calls, direct text messages, WhatsApp video calls, WhatsApp chats and messages, Telegram, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram and other real time methods of communication, the patronage to Zone 3 Post Office for analogue and traditional posting of letters has reduced drastically.

    • yahaya I. ★★★★★ : Always regret when online shop shippment sends my parcels though the Post office as they will bill me extra charges before receiving the parcel. But the staffs are friendly.. and wish NIPOST will kindly fix the building last time I was there it was raining, we were crabby in the small container office and avoid the licking space it's was dreadful. Not a place befitting a government agency..so sad!!
    • Chinyere O. ★★★★★ : I had the worst experience of my life today... Went to register my daughters NIN who is just 1 year old.. spent 4 hrs there with a sick, hungry and extremely cranky baby in a very hot and unconducive ambience as they don't have priority for children which is sad, terribly sad. The supervisor by name James from NIMC is exceptionally rude, unruly and vile... Talked in the most dehumanising manner to me others and even staff... The other youruba guy registering my daughter speaks like a tout.. No manner of communication.. They shout and lack manners of polite communication to fellow citizens as public servants in a public space... Not taking it likely at all.. We shall all make Nigeria great again and it starts from you and I... A gentle communication won't hurt instead of raising your voice at others... James and his colleagues are too rude and feels untouchable for whatever reason... My lawyers will write to you and your organisation shortly... You must learn public manners and good communication skill in your line of work by force... If you don't have great manner of communication as a public servant in such public space, you have no business being there harassing people who only just came to register their NIN. Its a job you are paid to do with our taxes and not a favour to anyone. The worst set of people I've met in Nigeria so far.. Met some really terrible people but these ones are vile... Did I mention while waiting for my daughter a woman who probably bribed t he m came from nowhere and they captured her, when I asked, wwas told she came and left in the morning.... I don't live in Kubwa, do not know what took me to such wicked set of people.... James get ready for me... You and the youruba guy registering... You don't go about shouting at people you don't know... Just do your dam job with decorum...
