The state of the place needs renovation. Maybe because I really didn't spend much time there, but I have seen better and more enthusiastic attitude in government owned establishments. In fact, I have a very good friend at their Port Harcourt main branch where I went to pick a package from Finland, due to some address delivery issues. Relatively, their cost is cheaper in comparison to similar establishments. I will really need to visit again to have a better impression about the post office.

I posted a mail to a friend within Abuja and was told it would take 24hrs but it exceeded probably due to logistics. The price is reasonable. They do send letters and parcels across Nigeria in 72hrs.

The compound needs cleaning and renovation. Seems like it is usually wet due to broken pipe or something.

But the staffs are friendly.. and wish NIPOST will kindly fix the building last time I was there it was raining, we were crabby in the small container office and avoid the licking space it's was dreadful. Went to register my daughters NIN who is just 1 year old.. spent 4 hrs there with a sick, hungry and extremely cranky baby in a very hot and unconducive ambience as they don't have priority for children which is sad, terribly sad. The supervisor by name James from NIMC is exceptionally rude, unruly and vile... Talked in the most dehumanising manner to me others and even staff... The other youruba guy registering my daughter speaks like a tout.. No manner of communication.. They shout and lack manners of polite communication to fellow citizens as public servants in a public space... Not taking it likely at all.. We shall all make Nigeria great again and it starts from you and I... A gentle communication won't hurt instead of raising your voice at others... James and his colleagues are too rude and feels untouchable for whatever reason... My lawyers will write to you and your organisation shortly... You must learn public manners and good communication skill in your line of work by force... If you don't have great manner of communication as a public servant in such public space, you have no business being there harassing people who only just came to register their NIN. Its a job you are paid to do with our taxes and not a favour to anyone. The worst set of people I've met in Nigeria so far.. Met some really terrible people but these ones are vile... Did I mention while waiting for my daughter a woman who probably bribed t he m came from nowhere and they captured her, when I asked, wwas told she came and left in the morning.... I don't live in Kubwa, do not know what took me to such wicked set of people.... James get ready for me... You and the youruba guy registering... You don't go about shouting at people you don't know... Just do your dam job with decorum...
