However, when I got to where I'd collect my package, I had to pay 100 naira for 'holding' my packet. And another 100 naira for them calling my that I have a packet with them. Isn't a post office for 'holding' things in the first place??? The 3 stars is because of the kind man. P. S. Take 2 copies of your NIN with you when going to collect your stuffs.
