The doors do not shut properly. The bathroom door of room 102 needs to be worked on to close and ensure privacy. Having a room right at the reception area I think is inappropriate.

If you worked hard for your money, don't waste it. Go somewhere else. They currently have power issues. AC won't run the whole night (and when it does run, it is super noisy) they also have no fans as back up. Management needs to do better.

Rooms are manageable... management services are poor, the bedsheets looked dirty, no back up gen, the whole place was dark, I kept using torchlight to see till PHCN restored the light.i ordered for food, they complained it was late and no light....they later brought food but it…
