Total waste of money. Facilities don’t work properly, room was infested with mosquitoes, no complimentary breakfast or anything; nonchalant attitude of staff. 25k in the mud! Worst hotel I’ve had to lodge in No star at all

Definitely a 1 star hotel, fully booked for today yet and no light. Intercom doesn't work, Plumbing zero toilet smells, no taps no shower, nonchalant response from staffs. Definitely not an experience I want to have again. Good location but everything thing else is not working.

Cool but not too cool, staffs are friendly but one or two adjustments needs to be done, 17k charge, no water heater, no fridge, management is 4/10
