Spent only a night, had to complain about water, the fridge door does not close, no light in the bathroom. The power as well was not stable. Luxury RM 411 needs serious maintainable. I can only speak of that room... It gave me a lot of uncertainties.

The beds aren't good, the foams aren't so covered, they are torn. None of the rooms I stayed in has it refrigerator functioning. Maintenance is actually highly needed. The towel I was given looked more like a rag than a towel. They don't on the power generator on time.

The price is affordable and most of the staff are friendly and considerate. However, water doesn't run most of the time and there's no heater which means you'd have to call the reception to get hot water. Also, there's no land line.. You'd have to call the reception on your phone…

Small room, non functional water heater, no constant light except at night. I don't know if it is different in other rooms but my room had a very small window with very little view of the environment, no escape route except the front door at the reception... Non functional…
