    • tolani A. ★★★★★ Walking into the NICU with a 27-week preemie was the scariest moment of my life. What was meant to be joy quickly turned into fear and uncertainty. But for 10 weeks, this hospital became our second home and the people here became family. From the very first day, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly compassionate. The environment was so reassuring during a time when I desperately needed comfort. Every beep of a monitor and every update was handled with patience and care. A very special thank you to Nurse IK, Nurse Blessing, and Nurse Bisola your kindness, gentle words, and genuine love for my baby will never be forgotten. You didn’t just do your jobs; you carried us through some of our hardest days. To Dr. Chidi and Dr. Ola, thank you for answering my endless questions (and trust me, there were plenty!). Thank you for your patience, your expertise, and for constantly giving me hope. You reassured me that my tiny 27-weeker would one day come home healthy. And today… she is home with me. 🤍 There are no words big enough to fully express my gratitude. Thank you for fighting for my baby, for caring so deeply, and for turning one of the most frightening seasons of my life into a testimony of hope. My Husband and I will forever be grateful.

    • Unique E. ★★★★★ The pediatric hospital handles simple medical conditions fairly well, but it tends to be significantly more expensive than other children’s hospitals located in better-equipped areas. While it may be suitable for minor treatments and basic care, many parents feel the higher costs are not matched by advanced facilities, specialized services, or overall quality of care when compared to alternatives nearby.

    • Shakirah A ★★★★★ I am a medical doctor and also a parent, so I do not take my child’s healthcare lightly. I have used this paediatric hospital in GRA Ikeja, and I honestly wish more parents knew about it. From the first visit, the difference was clear. The environment feels calm and intentional. No overcrowding. No unnecessary waiting. Children stay relaxed. Parents breathe easier. The clinical care stands out. The doctors are thorough and thoughtful. They listen before they speak. As a doctor myself, I paid attention to clinical judgement, communication, and follow-up. All were solid. No rushed decisions. No dismissing parental concerns. The nursing team is warm and attentive. They know how to handle children with patience and respect. Small details matter, and this hospital gets them right. What I appreciate most is having proper paediatric care in one place. Preventive care, acute care, and specialist input when needed. For parents looking for a reliable children’s hospital in Ikeja, especially around GRA Ikeja, this is a strong option. I recommend this facility not only as a parent, but as a medical professional who understands standards of care. If you value quality paediatric healthcare in Lagos, this place is worth knowing about.
    • Chioma O. ★★★★★ Very welcoming and professional personnel. Deep knowledge of their business. They attend to you timely and the ambience is so soothing with a neat environment to go with. Good joy guys 👍

    • Ifeoluwa U. ★★★★★ So, I used this hospital for a while, and if there is one adjective I would use to describe the attitude of their doctors, particularly the pediatricians, it is dismissive. They consistently make you feel like you’re making a fuss over nothing, even when you are raising legitimate concerns about your child’s health. As a parent, you come in seeking clarity, empathy, and professional guidance. Instead, the prevailing attitude seems to be one of detachment, as though careful observation or follow-up is unnecessary. This is especially worrying in pediatric care, where early signs and parental intuition should be taken seriously, not trivialized. What’s troubling is that this doesn’t feel like an isolated interaction with one doctor, but rather a pattern across multiple visits. Over time, you begin to hesitate before asking questions, simply to avoid being made to feel unreasonable—something no parent should experience in a healthcare setting. Healthcare, especially for children, should prioritize listening, reassurance, and thoroughness. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here.
    • Jatu B. ★★★★ Atlantis is a large hospital in Lagos and looks impressive at first glance, but my experience was disappointing when it came to handling complex cases. Once things went beyond basic care, the doctors I needed were unavailable and I was referred elsewhere. My concern is not referral itself, but where I was sent. Dr. Atinuke Uwajeh referred me to a hospital that was clearly not equipped to manage a serious case, and the outcome was fatal. This is difficult to understand when hospitals like Evercare, with stronger specialist capacity and better-equipped facilities, are available. No hospital can have every specialist, and that is understandable. What matters is honesty and sound judgment. When a case is complex or life-threatening, a doctor’s responsibility is to guide patients to the best possible care. That did not seem to happen in my case. In a country where medical outcomes already depend heavily on access and decision-making, anything less feels reckless. Patients and families deserve transparency, competence, and referrals that prioritize survival and quality of care.

    • A I ★★★★★ This hospital is one of the best children's hospital in lagos. The doctors are so attentive and caring ,same with the nurses. I have been using them for over 3 years now and I will say that they are doing well. I always tell parents that using a paediatric hospital for your kids, is way better than using a regular hospital .The only thing I need you guys to improve on is ,just try and do a little renovation. Upgrade the bathrooms in the rooms, add hanger to it, so that parents with kids on admission can have where to hang their towels and sponges. Also, put a functional water heater and also a mirror in the bathroom . Then change the bath tub to regular modern day bath. I am personally scared if bath tub cos its slippery . That's all. Thank you so much for being awesome 👌 👏 .Please keep up the good work

    • Olayanju A. ★★★★ This hospital has been extremely disappointing. The staff seemed uncoordinated and slow, and the overall service felt disorganized and like a waste of time. Dr. Nwobi is great, but the team really needs to respect people’s time. Patient information should be properly documented so that whoever takes over next is fully informed, rather than making the patient repeat everything from the beginning each time.

    • Gidi T. ★★★★ This hospital may appear friendly, but our experience was very disappointing. The staff were cheerful and polite, but it felt like the focus was more on collecting money than on properly treating the issue. We went there to run tests and understand what was wrong. The tests were done, but we were not clearly told the results. We had to keep asking before we were given proper information. They did not explain what the next steps were or what treatment was needed. Our HMO limit was exhausted, and we were still asked to keep paying. Some days we paid 300k, other days 170k, without clear explanations. When we finally went to other hospitals, new tests were carried out and the doctors clearly explained the results and what needed to be done. That was when we found out that the first set of tests already showed the need for urgent surgery, a surgery this hospital does not even perform. Yet we were kept there for several days without being told this. If you truly care about your child, please think twice before accepting a referral to this hospital, even if your HMO recommends it. Even the HMO later apologized for what happened.
    • Ejike K. ★★★★★ The nurses are very friendly, the doctors relate to you like family, and they make sure to keep you updated every step of the way. I heartily recommend
