HALEEMAT K.★★★★★ — If it's possible to give 1 star to this hospital, I would. They are just after money with little care for human lives. I went in there thinking it was a good hospital to run a general test and also decided to do a hormonal profile test. The amateur me didn't know it's done on day 2-3 of the period, I went to this hospital weeks after my period, explained my dilemma to this doctor, and he agreed I should run the test and I did.
First, he wouldn't even give me any reasonable response or explanation, but I shook it off because I believe maybe all is well.
Some weeks after, I just decided to take the result to another hospital and to my surprise, I was not supposed to have run the test on that day rather it was supposed to be the day 2-3 of my period and some of the result are abnormal and yet the doctor at Oyomesi didn't deem it fit to mention!
As if that was not bad enough, a colleague of mine lost her pregnancy after years of trying due to their incompetence by telling the lady to go home and observe the bleeding she was having! Who does that?
Take your money and go to a better hospital, they are not worth it.
It's the doctor job to tell me what is missing and what is right! Yes, I walked in by myself but I requested for a doctor for a purpose and not just run a lab test!
I was the one that was even pointing out some things to the doctor asking him is this normal or is this okay! I'm not a medical person, I don't know anything and I told him I want to run test cuz am getting married and need to fact check things so that should tell him how important the hormonal check is to me!
When I even went to you guys lab, I remember the lab attendant asking me if there was anything I was asked to do before running this test and I told her and she just said okay, if it was normal for the test to be run at that period then she should have seemed surprised or shocked but then it makes no sense to me at the time until afterwards.
The whole point of this is to please ask your doctor to not just be after money and genuinely care about people. Most of us don't know much and we came to the hospital to be educated on our diagnosis and no I wasn't experiencing irregular cycles!
