The hospital collected a large payment to treat a child for jaundice already a huge amount yet no one mentioned that there would be any additional charges. There was no official or unofficial communication to the parents about extra fees at any point.
Only after the treatment was completed did they present a massive, unexpected bill, leaving us blindsided and frustrated. This level of non-transparency is unacceptable, especially in a place that should prioritize care and honesty.
It felt manipulative and deeply unprofessional. No patient should ever be put in a position where they are blindsided with charges they were never informed about, then pressured to pay regardless of whether they can afford it. Transparent pricing is a basic expectation in healthcare, yet this hospital completely ignores it.
The entire process left me feeling taken advantage of rather than cared for. Until they fix their unethical billing practices, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Gboya E.★★★★★ — I was almost falling in love with this place until the lab attendant gave my 6 years old daughter a sample bottle to collect puup sample by herself obviously cos she felt too irritated to do her job! And sadly the doctor and the nurse was present right at the scene and watched this happen which means its a common practice here. I was shocked to see that! I almost believed they had a passion for kids here but after this action, it dawn on me that its just about the money and nothing more but asides this, this building rocks from the inside. From outside it looks very simple but getting in everything is on point. It has very nice facilities, place is very clean, rooms are big and not so expensive but not cheap either. Fully air conditioned and beautifully decorated. Nurse Celestina was so sweet. She was my first impression. Welcoming us with so much love and beautiful smile. The room we were in was equipped with a patient bed and 2 extra sitting plastic chairs and a cute cartoon character mat which I slept on as well as a plastic cupboard. It was also ensuit and toilet was clean. Its staff are friendly and neat but like the saying goes, a house is not a home without a family. What is all this beauty without the passion for what they do? Overall though, I think we got good medical attention but I won't come back here cos there's No love here.

My daughter was scheduled for an appendix surgery and I finally met with the MD and Prof Ameh(both pediatric surgeons) at first I was nervous but after they both spoke to me about the safety of the procedure at the stage it was and assured me that they are more than capable to handle it, I was confident and then I discussed with God Almighty and I got a reassurance. The surgery was done in the most professional way and within a short time, they were out of the theatre. My daughter is alright as at this morning and bouncing. This hospital is well equipped to handle what ever emergency you may have as long as it concerns children. It has the best team of doctors in Nigeria I tell you. Previously I was upset but after getting so much love from the team of doctors and nurses, I couldn't help but fall in love again with this place!!! Nurse precious has been so patient and sweet its just that she's in the habit of re-using empty packets of drips to give my daughter a new drip . Never seen such in my life before and she never opens a new injection or syringe in my presence except she's refilling a drip with antibiotics. I challenged it several times but she kept doing it though she nurses my daughter with so much love in her eyes, Doc Leonard also has been so caring, then doc Emmanuel has the magic of speaking to children to make them drink water!!! Everyone here is just too sweet!!! The lab attendant eventually apologized to me and she's been so sweet too. " mistakes are bound to happen " I forgive her completely.... I have made this place my daughter's hospital from now. Love lives here!!! I got it wrong from the start but now I know better. Nurse Celestina is the 8th wonder of the world!!! Her sweetness and love can't be quantified. If you are looking for competent hands for ur kids health spiced with so much love and successful surgeries even in complications, this is the place to be. I am proudly a verified and satisfied client... I will share photos too of the appendix which was removed and also our experience.

We got discharged today and my daughter is recovering well to the glory of God! Am a happy mom. We paid a total of #490,550. (Four hundred and ninety thousand, five hundred and fifty naira only) which includes admission, card, tests and scan, surgery and medications. .

We were scheduled today for stitches removal. I communicated the doctor on whatsapp confirming our appointment date and time which he confirmed. I came all the way here from over 30mins drive from where I live only to get here and was told that both doctors are not around but on their way.I was made to wait for about 45mins and doc never came
