I believe the cash collected is been sold to Pos agents. You better improve on ur services in this digital era, where we are supposed to handle less cash. Also, if I hv few loads as part of my baggage, the loaders will charging u exubitantly. Well, provide recept for the load charge differently from the transportation fare. Furthermore, their office in onitsha is dirty and unorganized. It need to be given a face lift. Staffs are unruly as well. Sane thing in warri. Toilet in warri stinks. Sincerely if u can avoid Agufure motors. Please do until the improves on all their services

We tried reaching Agofure through their online contacts, but their phone lines were not connecting. Eventually, we went to their office and found that our consignment had already arrived. When we spoke with the lady in charge, she simply said it arrived earlier today but that she hadn’t had the time to start calling customers for pickup — which was quite disappointing.

Last hope for commuters with less cash intended to share ride with private car owners willing to give discount. Prices here cheaper compared with Onitsha and activities more cordinated than Upper Iweka. You can buy food or snack while waiting for take off. But you must have #100 to urinate or else you have to run across the expressway to do it local method.

Crown A. ★★★★★ : The staff here were extremely unprofessional, rude, and poorly trained. My family and I paid over ₦72,000 for entry, plus ₦11,000 for go-karting. We were given a receipt and a wristband, but no one informed us that the receipt would still be required for the ride. When I went for go-karting, I explained that I no longer had the receipt because I believed the wristband was sufficient. I was kept waiting for over 30 minutes while they claimed to be speaking to a manager, only to be told I could not use the ride. When I expressed my disappointment, the staff became argumentative and raised their voices. The lady with the two-bun hairstyle was particularly rude and unprofessional. In the video I recorded, you can clearly see her laughing at me after she realized I was filming, which reflects the poor attitude and lack of respect shown to customers. The cost of the ride isn’t the problem, the bad attitude and uncouth behavior is. If receipts are mandatory for rides, this should be clearly communicated before entry. Unfortunately, the staff’s behavior completely ruined what should have been an enjoyable family outing.

There is a vast ground for picnics and gatherings of different sizes. Look out for the cultural and art works, they are quite fascinating 😊 Ticketing is of 3 categories but general ticket which gives access to most of the ground except choice activities is about N11,850 per person as at Easter 2026. The facility at has a multipurpose hall for events. There is also the hotel and film village with controlled access The leisure park is easily accessed from anwai road, a few minutes drive from government house Asaba. Parking is free Overall, it is always a great experience here

Lucy C. ★★★★★ : Very poor customer service. It was upsetting to witness a staff member laughing at a customer who was already clearly frustrated because of the venue’s unclear instructions. Train your staff on clear communication and respect, else they would run this place to the ground.
Adejumo M. ★★★★★ : Went on a Saturday morning, so the place wasn't congested, which is what I love. Got the cheapest package as it was my first time. The place is quite huge and it has a lot of fun stuffs to do, especially if you go there with friends or fam. The operators are prone to ask for tips (they aren't really begging per se), so do not be offended by that, if you don't have to give them, just say it, hopefully they'd be sensible enough to not be rude if you don't give them. The ferris wheel and the equipment next to it are probably the most scary ones for those who are scared of height like me. I didn't try the swimming pool as my ticket didn't cover that but it appears that they maintain it very well. The place is very serene and no one bothers you if your plan is to go there for a solitude type of outing. There's a lot to write on but in all I'd say the place is pretty okay for group hangouts, dates, family outings and personal leisure.
