Very poor customer service. It was upsetting to witness a staff member laughing at a customer who was already clearly frustrated because of the venue’s unclear instructions. Train your staff on clear communication and respect, else they would run this place to the ground.

Went on a Saturday morning, so the place wasn't congested, which is what I love. Got the cheapest package as it was my first time. The place is quite huge and it has a lot of fun stuffs to do, especially if you go there with friends or fam. The operators are prone to ask for tips…
