Emeka U. ★★★★★ : The Young Shall Grow park is clearly identifiable but not as clean as other transport companies. The staff are rowdy and ticket bay is not impressive. There's no dedicated restroom as people pee outside. ♿No ramps nor dedicated parking. There's is need to make this place conducive and the staff more enlightened.

Abraham E. ★★★★★ : They have bad customer consideration. The vehicle broke down midnight and the company kept saying we are sending a bus but none has arrived within the space of 5 hours. Meanwhile their branch is not far from here according to the driver. No emergency plan at all and the risk of life is high. The driver and his team kept picking people from the road even till there was no seat for them to sit they resorted to standing in the bus. This is just another failed system of money chasers than problem solvers. Until we began to shout that the driver and his team tried to figure what was wrong and they couldn't. This is a terrible experience and it was recommended that they're very good, and here it is, zero rated. From one of the customers, they used to be renowned hence he tried them again today but now, they've reduced their standards, no more consistency.
DaKings C. ★★★★★ : They're good at their transport business. They have enough space to accommodate their passengers and the wares underneath. The luxury bus is indeed luxurious with air conditioner blowing you cool all the way
