    • Oluwatomisin A. ★★★★★ : We had an amazing experience with Packmyload. We sent a video of everything to be packed and moved and got an accurate quote pretty much instantly over WhatsApp. The moving team was 5 people who packed everything up carefully and quickly and they came back the next day to load and unload. It was very tedious but they didn’t complain. It was such a smooth experience and the team were friendly and kind and efficient
    • Aoccakes C. ★★★★★ : Shout out to the team They made our relocation very easy and seamless 🥹 they arrived on time, packed our properties carefully and neatly and delivered them to our new bakery arranged them properly where we wanted them, we stressed them a little more but they didn’t complain and didn’t work grudgingly. Thank you for your excellent service.

    • Seike I. ★★★★★ : If I could give zero stars, I would. If you're considering using Axopolitan, I'd encourage you to take the low ratings here seriously. After my experience, I can confidently say there's a pattern in how this company operates. 1. Poor leadership and coordination. It became obvious that the staff were simply following instructions from management, and those instructions reflected poor planning and organization from the leadership team. 2. A four-hour delay with inconsistent explanations. My pickup time was scheduled for 11:00 a.m., but the team arrived around 3:00 p.m. I received two different explanations. The first was that they were picking up materials needed for the move—which made no sense because I had booked the service a week in advance. Later, someone else called to say the truck had broken down and they had stopped to repair it. Regardless of the reason, the delay cost me four hours. 3. Poor planning despite having all the information beforehand. They requested pictures of my apartment before the move, and I went a step further by sending videos explaining everything that needed to be moved. Yet when they arrived, it became obvious the truck couldn't accommodate everything. I couldn't understand why they asked for all that information if they weren't going to use it to plan properly. 4. The move stretched into a second day. Instead of planning for two trips, they kept trying to force everything into one truck. Eventually, they slept over at my house and suggested continuing the move late into the night. When I said I wasn't willing to wait until midnight or 1 a.m., their support representative asked me to "endure" because continuing the next day would attract additional charges. That was one of the most insensitive responses I received throughout the experience. 5. They prioritized another customer's move over mine. On the second day, just when I thought things were finally improving, their manager, Folabi, instructed the team to go and pick up another client's load in Ajah before completing mine. I even suggested a more efficient route: finish loading my already packed items, deliver them, then return to Ajah afterwards. They refused because they didn't want to pay area boys ("agberos") twice. Once again, I was the one paying the price for their poor planning. 6. The payment structure was concerning. They requested 90% payment upfront, which immediately felt unusual. I negotiated it down to 85%, but after reading other reviews here and reflecting on my experience, I understand why so many people have complained. Once they have most of your money, you have very little leverage when things go wrong. 7. No accountability from management. Throughout all of this, Folabi never picked up my calls. There was no apology, no explanation, and no empathy. The frontline staff were left to apologize for decisions they didn't make, while management remained unavailable. This was one of the most frustrating service experiences I've had. Delays happen. Trucks break down. Problems arise. What makes the difference is planning, communication, accountability, and respect for the customer's time. Unfortunately, Axopolitan fell short on all four. The sad part is we used them because a few our neighbours have used them in the past. Use them at your own risk.
    • Lami F. ★★★★★ : They helped moved my things from Lagos to Ibadan and a lot of things were broken during the move. I reached out to them to complain and they said they will get in touch with me. They never did. Their staff are also overworked as the same staff who helped packed my things a day ago where the very same who brought them to Ibadan

    • Christian E. ★★★★★ : Exactly the nightmare of the other victim. Not enough boxes, even after quoting and paying for them, and no bubble wraps or any kind of protective wraps. Absolute nightmare of service provided. My case was a delivery that should have taken 24 hours, Lagos to Abuja, took 5 days, no follow-up calls, no empathy 😢 and when it finally arrived, it was all covered in soot and others were visibly damaged.
    • Mediator A. ★★★★★ : Workers arrived punctually, worked diligently with no complaint, no grumbling at anytime (no begging for tips or lunch break) and were professional and courteous in service delivery despite minor obstacles now and again. Almost ten hours of great and pleasant interactions from point to point. Thank you Victor for your management - of your staff and your client. Well done MOVESMART.
