This facility feels like an oasis, a rose amongst thorns. The location lets it down slightly, as the road, street lighting, poor signage on the way to the venue may be discouraging, until you arrive and appreciate the facilities, services and friendly customer support.
Mr Sam, his front of desk team and the kitchen/restaurant staff were fantastic. It was my sister's birthday and she got a splendid thoughtful reception, with everyone singing best wishes and a customised cake free. You made her day, thank you.
Overall its a 5 star, i would come again, but i would ask the management to consider collaborating with other establishments nearby and local government to provide better roads, street lights leading to these excellent venues, which would only improve quality of life for the local community and encourage more customer interest to boost small businesses and grow local economy.

If you are like me who doesnt have an adventurous taste buds, just stick to what you are familiar with lol. I had the 'grilled fish' and chips and honestly I didnt enjoy the fish because it didnt taste like what I am used to lol so maybe another thing to do is ask the waiters questions but luckily the sauce from my starter was a great help to eat it.

1:Breakfast: Grape juice was way too sweet / concentrated.
2: No scrambled eggs or bread for breakfast? Not everyone eats yam, moin moin or potatoes for b/fast.
3: Bacon was tough, very dry and tasted like leather.
4: Several ladies came down to Breakfast half naked in their night wear / lingerie, lokking very undignified, some clearly looking like "ladies of the night" with their "company" This is a huge turn off, and should be discouraged, dress code for breakfast is a must in a 5 star hotel, no Nipples and Nyash for breakfast.
5: People hand in their phones and then walk thru entrance metal detectors which always sounds the alarm, but no secondary metal detector sweep is conducted, so what is the point? Also some big people use the exit to bypass the security screening entirely. SECURITY IS FOR EVERYONE
6, They had noisy guests attending meetings on the 1st floor who were literally disturbing the entire lobby from the 1st floor, laughing and craking silly loud jokes and bantering continously.
