She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect — from checking on our table with genuine warmth to making sure we were satisfied with every detail. Her professionalism, kindness, and calm energy added such a personal touch to the whole experience. It’s rare to meet someone who takes their job so seriously yet makes it feel so effortless. Big shout-out to Mrs. Modupe for her outstanding service! She’s truly a gem and a great representation of what excellent customer service should be. Because of her, I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending South Kitchen & Lounge to friends and family.
