They have potential but not there yet. Paid for the most expensive room and had so much complaints. Management need to work on their staff and do better. The space is big enough to do great things.

I had a very disappointing stay at xela Hotel. The first room I paid ₦30,000 for had a toilet that didn’t flush and the room key was stuck in the mount, meaning anyone could easily enter. I had to change to another room for ₦35,000, but it looked old and wasn’t worth the price…

This hotel doesn’t deserve any star at all, poor service with huge prices. It felt like someone robbed me of my money. Bad water, no light, no ac, mosquitoes and over worked staff. You’re going to regret your stay here and i hope they are put out of business soon

This hotel needs massive renovation and it's totally not worth the price. The bathroom was smelling I couldn't even take a dump. The rooms are also dusty. I think the focus of the owners/managers is more focused on the bar/club outside because there was loud music till past…
